Service Agreement

This agreement is between the client and Robbie Long / Events 2 Profit and outlines the scope of work, payment terms, and expectations for the EV Car Sharing Business Setup package.

Scope of Work

We will work alongside you for 45 days to build your brand, marketing foundation, and operational systems. Deliverables include a professional website with booking integration, CRM setup and lead tracking, offer development, social media creation and content strategy (Instagram and TikTok), full brand development, a 45-day marketing rollout plan, SEO optimization, and handoff-ready systems.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, attend scheduled calls, and supply necessary business information when requested. Delays caused by the client may affect the 45-day timeline.

Investment and Payment

Phase 1: $6,000 deposit due at signing. Phase 2: $4,000 due upon completion at day 45. Total investment: $10,000. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Post-Engagement Partnership (Optional)

Following the 45-day engagement, clients may discuss an ongoing partnership arrangement. Retainer ranges from $1,800 to $3,000 per month plus a percentage of revenue based on actual business performance. All partnership terms are discussed and agreed upon separately after the initial engagement concludes.

Timeline

Days 1-15: Brand development, website foundation, CRM setup. Days 15-30: Content creation, social media buildout, marketing plan finalization. Days 30-45: Campaign launch, final optimizations, handoff preparation.

Electronic Signature

By signing below, you confirm you have read and understood this agreement and authorize the $6,000 deposit charge. This constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).
